Policy frameworks support dietary choices enhancing health and environmental outcomes creating market pulls for land use change.
Bringing together key stakeholders like farmers, restaurant owners, value chain actors, advisors, researchers, NGOs, consumer’s organisations, etc. using collaborative and co-creative participatory approaches is a powerful tool to document, analyse and exchange agrifood value chain knowledge relevant for meeting society´s needs and visions, and for developing new joint value-chains.
Our research tracks practices already implemented in selected innovative value-chains to open up opportunity spaces to design strategies for consumption and coupled production. We develop concepts and lead cases through e.g. private-public partnerships and other networks for embedding health and environment concerns and functions within land use and meal practicessearch theme content as you wish.
